i hate that noone writes on their LJ anymore! come on people.. haha who am i to talk?
anyway, basically, johnson & johnson has consumed my life. which is good and bad. its quite stressful but i am learning a ton. today i did a community service thing all day thru work called cradle to crayons. it was really great. the rest of this month will be insane with year end. long hourss. by january things will wind down a little though and the old co-op's will be replaced by the new co-ops which will suck because that means a ton of my friends will be gone.
i grow to love my apartment more and more each day. i took a trader joes trip yesterday and stocked up on my favorite foods. i really like living here and although the commute will suck once im back in school it will be worth it. i also finally bought a microwave on cyber monday, its been tough without one. i refused to not buy a stainless steel one and i finally got a good deal on one, haha i am a dork
in other new my passport is expired. which is a problem because i am going to france in march with julia (her graduation present), as well as england and possibly spain. guess what else is expired? my drivers license. this is a catch 22 because u sort of need each to renew the other since i have no other government issued ID. time to find my birth certificate.. ugh, such a waste of time.
julia is driving here tomorrow which is awesome and then she is graduating nyu next week! where did time go, seriously.
my class this term has been okay but i really didnt get into it and i think i may do bad on the final because i haven't learned a damn thing, dont even know what to study. i'm actually okay with not getting an A but anything less than a B would be bad. im taking the second part of the course next quarter anyway just because i have to. in the spring i better regain my school-focus until graduation or i'm screwed, lol. i've just lost motivation for school and watching everyone around me be done is starting to weigh on me.
on a positive note i will finally turn 21 on new years eve. FINALLY.
